Medicine folding spoons were popular for
travelers, for measuring medicine, tablespoon and teaspoon
Sanborns traces its origins to 1903 and was founded as a pharmacy in Mexico City
by brothers Walter and Frank Sanborn.
Sanborns began producing silver in the early 1920's
and has grown to become one of Mexico's largest and best known
retail department stores.
