19th C. Solid Silver Chinese Filigree Calling Card Case W/ Phoenix & Dragon We are offering... A rare 1860-80s Solid Silver Filigree calling card case. The case has a phoenix pattern on one side and a dragon pattern on the other side in high relief. The case has a small plaque on the top with the initials "E. A. SPRY". The case has a rectangular body and separates into two pieces. Case can hold a standard 3 1/2" x 2" business card, as pictured. This case is high grade silver, also in very good condition for it's age. Could use a professional polish/ cleaning if buyer chooses. Approx. Dimensions: Height: 3 3/4" Width: 2 1/2" Depth: 6/16" Condition: Age related condition. Has some minor oxidation throughout. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS FOR COMPLETE CONDITION.
