17th-18th Century Italian Boy Bronze Statue On Later Wooden Base We are offering... A beautiful 17th-18th century Italian baby boy bronze statue with an antique hand carved fitted wooden stand that is at least from the late 19th Century. The statue is of a young boy stretching while in the nude. With his full head of hair he is smiling with his eyes wide open. He is very detailed including is fingers and toes. It comes with its a hand carved, antique wood stand of a later period which has green felt on the bottom. The piece can be removed from the stand and is mounted with a nail on its bottom. This figure is part of a larger 17th or 18th Century piece based on the quality of its casting and the way it was designed to be mounted. Approx.
