1960's-70's Italian Murano Millefiori Design Art Glass Sculpture

We are offering... A 20th Century 1960's - 70's, Italian Murano Millefiori beautiful art glass sculpture. This design is very rare and unusual, with a tear drop shape on a glass base. The colored glass on the top part of the base has a lovely complementary green and yellow swirl. This piece can be attributed to the Italian sculptor Galliano Ferro, a designer of Fornasa De Murano A L'Insegna Del Moreto. Approx. Dimensions: Height: 9 7/8" Width: 4" Weight: 6lbs Condition: At some earlier time the base seems to have been re-attached (glued) A few minor age related scuffs and scratches.
