c. 1904 Rozane Royal Ware Art Pottery Vase from the Roseville Pottery Co., Ohio

We are offering A Wonderful signed piece of Rozane Royal Wear art pottery Vase, from the Roseville Pottery Company of Roseville, Ohio. A beautiful and popular art pottery by Roseville, the Rozane line was conceived in 1904 to reproduce in art pottery fine oil paintings of soft and natural tints of nature. Using Ohio's golden, brown and yellow clays, the potters made lovely shaped vases with applied colored glazes in decorations of flowers with exquisite detail and delicacy of the vase This beautiful vase has a unique shape (we couldn't find this artist signed shape) and a graduated glaze in the beautiful glossy shades of light to dark brown with Gold Pansies, flowers and green foliage. Signed on the bottom, on a wafer like seal are the marks for Rozane Ware Royal. Signed on the lower side of the vase with the artist signature "Myers" Appx. dimensions: Height: 6 1/2" Width: 3 1/2" Condition Very good original shape with no visible cracks, chips or scuffs.
