with it's original mostly faded gold wash interior.
The Silver fineness is either 13 Loth (812) or 15 Loth (937)
The silver fineness number has been rubbed and is hard to read.
The makers mark is for the Vienna Austria Silversmith
Karl Sedlmayer (1797 - 1808)
This is a single silver salt cellar with a lightly faded gold wash interior
a double scroll design stand on a fan designed silver base.
The City, Date, and makers marks are on both the inside of the cellar
and at the bottom of the piece.
The salt cellar does not have a liner.
