The painting is oil on canvas.
The artist's signature on the back appears like the signature on the front lower left corner and reads " A. Bellat"
On the back of the painting is written the name of the priest and a date of "26-8-87".

canvas: 21 1/2" x 18"
Condition:
The painting is in age-related condition. There is some cracking throughout the paint
and an old repair made to the painting for a small tear in the upper left corner.
