This is a 1956 Mexican Ex Voto painting on tin,

praying to the Virgen de San Juan de Los Lagos.
The text describes that the man named Sidronio Banda of
Irapuato, Gunajuato was liberated from an unknown disease
by a miracle and this retablo is to give thanks. It is dated 1956.
