A superb Late 19th Century French finely detailed Bronze sculpture of a Boxer Dog.
This sculpture is attributed to the French artist Pierre-Jules Mene. There is no visible signature.
Note: the number 3 on the bottom of one of the front paws.(see photo)
The detail seen in the dog-collar, the face, and paws, make this sculpture an exceptional
piece of sculpture art.
